Petty Officer 3rd Class Justin Natale, utilitiesman (left), and Petty Officer 3rd Class Daniel Hutchinson, builder (right), assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7, work together to build frames that will be used to construction a live fire range for the Senegalese armed forces. NMCB 7 is home ported out of Gulfport, Miss., and is operating at the Senegalese Zone-7 military base in support of the Africa Partnership Station West 2010. APS is an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa, which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security in West and Central Africa.
