SASEBO, Japan (June 24, 2016) –Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Andrea Duke (left) and Ship’s Serviceman 3rd Class Michael Miller, members of the Small Craft Assessment Team (SCAT) man a .50 caliber machine gun during a sea and anchor evolution aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Decatur (DDG 73). Decatur, along with guided-missile destroyer USS Momsen (DDG 92) and USS Spruance (DDG 111) are deployed in support of maritime security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific as part of a U.S. 3rd Fleet Pacific Surface Action Group (PAC SAG) under Commander, Destroyer Squadron 31 (CDS 31).
