Oregon Army National Guard Soldiers from the CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) search and extraction section gather for a briefing for a collective earthquake reponse training exercise, April 2, 2016, at Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Oregon. The CERFP simulated responding to a large-scale earthquake scenario during the exercise. The CERFP is made up for more than 200 personnel who are divided into six sections that provide critical functions in the event of disasters such as, command and control, search and extraction, decontamination, medical and communication.
