Oregon National Guard Airmen from the CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) medical section practice loading and unloading patients on an HH-60M Blackhawk helicopter during a collective earthquake response training exercise, April 2, 2016 at Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Oregon. The medical section is one of three sections staffed by the Oregon Air National Guard, which also includes a communications section and a fatality search and recovery team.
