ANNAPOLIS, Md. (July 14, 2016) – Vice Adm. Michael Gilday delivers remarks during a change of command ceremony held at the U.S. Naval Academy, where he relieved Vice Adm. Jan Tighe as commander, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and U.S. 10th Fleet. U.S. Fleet Cyber Command serves as the Navy component command to U.S. Strategic Command and U.S. Cyber Command.
