ANNAPOLIS, Md. (July 14, 2016) – Vice Adm. Jan Tighe delivers farewell remarks at a change of command ceremony held at the U.S. Naval Academy, where she was relieved by Vice Adm. Michael Gilday as commander, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and U.S. 10th Fleet. U.S. Fleet Cyber Command serves as the Navy component command to U.S. Strategic Command and U.S. Cyber Command.
