Members of military and civilian news agencies conduct interviews on the flightline here April 27. Civilian media was invited onto the base to film and photograph the departure of six F-16s for 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard, Duluth, Minn., as part of the Combat Air Forces Restructuring plan. The six aircraft were the first of 21 to permanently depart the base.
