An F-16 Fighting Falcon taxis past the control tower on the flightline here April 27. Six F-16s permanently departed Spangdahlem Air Base for 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard, Duluth, Minn., as part of the Combat Air Forces Restructuring plan. The six aircraft were the first of 21 to depart the base.
