NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (July 21, 2016) – Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) Sailors assigned to the Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Department (AIMD) pose for a group photo before creating care packages for Ford AIMD Sailors deployed aboard USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). AIMD's first class petty officers coordinated the event as a way to support AIMD Sailors while deployed.
