Raleigh, North Carolina – Hank Stairs, a WWII Veteran of the 30th Infantry Division adjusts the salute of one of the many North Carolina National Guardsmen who lined the walkway leading up to Joint Force Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina on July 29, 2016 as part of the 30th Infantry Division Association’s 70th Reunion.
