Raleigh, North Carolina – WWII Veterans who served with the 30th Infantry Division, Peter Munger, left and Hank Stairs, seated, laugh with each other in the lobby of the North Carolina National Guard’s Joint Force Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina on July 29, 2016 while visiting as part of the 30th Infantry Division Association’s 70th Reunion. The association is behond a push to get the 30th recognized with the Presidential Unti Citation for their actions in WWII where Army Historian, S.L.A.
