A soldier with the Lebanese Armed Forces, 1st Intervention Regiment, practices a firing-while-moving drill during a recent familiarization exercise with U.S. Marines. The Marines, assigned to Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team, U.S. Central Command, engaged with approximately 30 LAF officers and noncommissioned officers to increase their knowledge of urban combat and combat marksmanship techniques. The cooperative event enhanced the LAF unit's ability to internally staff and carry out training programs while affording Marines valuable insight into working alongside Lebanese forces.
