Soldiers with the Lebanese Armed Forces, 1st Intervention Regiment, demonstrate the proper way to enter a building in urban combat operations during a recent subject-matter-expert engagement with U.S. Marines. The Marines, assigned to Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team, U.S. Central Command, engaged with approximately 30 LAF officers and noncommissioned officers to increase their knowledge of urban combat and combat marksmanship techniques. The engagement enhanced the LAF unit's ability to internally staff and carry out similar programs while providing Marines valuable experience in working alongside Lebanese soldiers.
