Josh Fowler, 332nd EOSS weather forecaster, lift the radar during the assembly of a new radar mast at Joint Base Balad, April 21. The 332nd EOSS weather flight's mission is to inform pilots and base leadership on the day-to-day weather forecast. Their forecast is used to plan flight schedules, mission capability and base operations.
