U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Larry Foos, Public Affairs staff member (left), demonstrates how to use a portable high-quality photo printer to U.S. Army Maj. Michael Guiles, 418 Civil Affairs team leader, in the back of an All-Terrain vehicle in Ali Oune March 18. Introduced by Foos, the new photo program debuted in Ali Oune and is the first time the Djiboutian villagers had their photos taken and provided prints minutes later. Both the Civil Affairs team and Public Affairs are part of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
