Residents of Ali Oune gather around U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Larry Foos while he uses a portable printer to make photos taken of them minutes earlier March 18. It is the debut of the photo program, marking the first time any Djiboutian village has ever had prints given back to them immediately after the photographs were taken.
