NOTTINGHAM, N.H. - Salvadoran Army Capt. Luciano Azenon rappels down a cliff face at Pawtuckaway State park, under the watchful eyes of New Hampshire National Guardsman, Staff Sgt. Dustin Glidden, climbing instructor for Charlie Company, 3rd Battalion, 172nd Mountain Infantry Regiment on April 11. This joint training between the two countries was part of the National Guard's State Partnership Program where soldiers exchange skills and knowledge between subject-matter experts from each country.
