NOTTINGHAM, N.H. - Salvadoran Army Lt. Hector Adan Caceres Zavaleta, a commando from El Salvador, scrambles up Lower Slab at Pawtuckaway State Park while participating in a training exercise between his military and the New Hampshire National Guard on April 11. The exchange of knowledge between fellow commandos from El Salvador and members of Charlie Company, 3rd Battalion, 172nd Mountain Infantry Regiment are part of the National Guard's State Partnership Program.
