    SASEBO HARBOR, Japan (Aug.8, 2016) Deck department Sailors secure a pelican hook using a cable jack during anchoring operations on the forecastle of amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). A pelican hook, named because of its resemblance to a pelican's beak, is used to secure an anchor chain in place.
