North Carolina Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Christopher Ferguson, a motor transport operator assigned to the 1454th Transportation Company, takes a Improvised Outer Tactical Vest from Spc. James Ward, a wheeled vehicle mechanic assigned to the 1454th TC, before a convoy movement at the Logistics Support Area Forward Operating Base Santa Fe, Fort Irwin, California during the 16-07 National Training Center (NTC) rotation on June 21, 2016.
