Soldiers assigned to the 630th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion wait for the ‘go ahead’ prior to tactically moving to the Rotational Unit Bivouac Area (RUBA) using convoy operations at Fort Irwin, California during the 16-07 National Training Center rotation on June 22, 2016. The 630th CSSB moved over 300 pieces of equipment and over 400 personnel while conducting logistics operations at the NTC, which is a training facility designed to simulate real-life combat scenarios testing warriors’ readiness utilizing their military occupational specialty in a high-up-tempo environment.
