A C-130 Hercules sits on the flightline while Citizen Airmen from Air Force Reserve Command participated in exercise Patriot Warrior at Fort McCoy, Wis., August 15, 2016. Patriot Warrior is a joint exercise designed to demonstrate contingency deployment training ranging from bare base buildup to full operational capabilities. More than 11,000 members from the U.S. service branches and their Reserve components, including Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines are participating alongside British, Canadian, and Saudi Arabian forces. This exercise evaluates the ability of Air Force Reserve units to deploy mobility airlift and agile combat support capabilities in support of joint theater operations.
