(Aug. 17, 2016) - Master-at-Arms Chief select Andre Billingsley, stationed out of Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island, Wash., prepares a room onboard the USS Turner Joy ship for repainting. The USS Turner Joy Chief Petty Officer Legacy Academy gives recent chief selectees the privilege of attending as Class 008.
