    Oregon Army National Guard Spc. Dennis Cline, Detachment 1, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion, 116th Cavalry Regiment, participates in the Pandora's Box event, August 19, during Oregon's Best Warrior Competition at Camp Rilea, near Warrenton, Oregon.
