OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 12, 2015) U.S. Navy Capt. Edward D. McCabe (at podium), Commander, Strategic Communications Wing (SCW) One and USSTRATCOM Task Force (CTF) 124, provides remarks after assuming command from Capt. Brian J. McCormick during a change of command ceremony at Tinker Air Force Base. SCW 1 and TF 124 enable operational and administrative command and support for the U.S. Navy's E-6B Mercury community.
