{160820-N-VC432-100} CONCHAGUA, El Salvador (Aug. 20, 2016) – Mayor William Vlisos Soriano Cruz of Conchagua, El Salvador, along with local officials and law enforcement, took time to escort Sailors from Southern Partnership Station Construction Engagement Team 2016 to Conchagua Mountain National Park to view the Gulf of Fonseca, which allows you to see El Salvador as well as Honduras and Nicaragua. The mayor and many locals have reached out in partnership and appreciation to the Construction Engagement Team, who are building a new community center as part of Southern Partnership Station 2016 (SPS-16). SPS-16 is an annual series of U.S. Navy deployments, fostering a lasting relationship with the people of Central and South America through exercises, operations and community relation projects.
