Brig. Gen. Glenn C. One of the critical messages that continue to be echoed throughout the EOD community is the importance of site preservation. EOD teams, which collect forensic evidence, must be able to collect enough evidence to determine those responsible for deadly improvised explosive device and explosively formed projectile attacks.
