During a visit to the Iraqi federal police explosive ordnance disposal headquarters May 15, Brig. Gen. Glenn C. Hammond III, commander of 16th Engineer Brigade, speaks to a class of Iraqi EOD soldiers taking part in training classes. "You have a very dangerous job and you are very brave to take it on. I am very honored to have the opportunity to say hello to you today and thank you for what you are doing," said Hammond. While Hammond often meets with the directors and commanders of the Iraqi EOD and engineer units, he rarely has the opportunity to speak directly with the Iraqi soldiers.
