Two Marines, acting as mock casualties, wait to be taken up the side of a cliff during a class at the Assault Climbers Course in Kingwood, W.Va., May 3. Each group was required to lift an injured Marine and his gear up a cliff face, cross between two cliffs and then maneuver down the other side. The Assault Climbers Course is one of several Special Operations Training Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force, events as part of 26th MEU's preparation for deployment this fall.
