Pacific, Mo., native, Sgt. 1st Class Logan Griffith, and Lt. Col. Alex Jarotzky from San Francisco, Calif., display their unit's Welcome Home plaque and Yellow Banner upon its return from a deployment to Iraq during a ceremony at Army Support Activity-Dix's Timmermann Center May 25. Their unit, the 318th Tactical Psychological Operations Company, whose motto is "Lead Farmers," is an Army Reserve organization from St. Louis, Mo., that mobilzed out of Dix last November. The Yellow Banner is given to units who mobilize through ASA-Dix as a symbolic gesture that they are in the thoughts and well-wishes of the ASA-Dix community. The banner is hung in Infantry Park while the unit is deployed and given back to the organization upon its return from combat.
