U.S. Army Human Resources Command has released a MILPER to the field detailing guidelines for the FY 18 Centralized Selection List board for brigade and battalion command sergeants major and key billet sergeants major selection. The MILPER can be viewed on the HRC website at http://go.usa.gov/xTgTQ (CAC or DSLogon required). HRC’s Sergeant Major Management Division manages assignments and career development for all active duty, Reserve and Active Guard Reserve E9s across the Army.
