Frocking graduates of SGM Course Class 66 to the rank of sergeant major is a family affair at the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy at Fort Bliss, Texas, June 14. U.S. Army Human Resources Command has released a MILPER to the field detailing guidelines for the FY 18 Centralized Selection List board for brigade and battalion command sergeants major and key billet sergeants major selection. HRC’s Sergeant Major Management Division manages assignments and career development for all active duty, Reserve and Active Guard Reserve E9s across the Army.
