PACIFIC OCEAN -- U.S Marines with Task Force Koa Moana conduct a practice relay before a live fire range aboard the USNS Pililaau (T-AKR 304) Aug. 26, 2016. The Task Force practices so they know what to expect and how to execute when given ammunition. Koa Moana seeks to enhance senior military leader engagements between allied and partner nations with a collective intent in military-to-military relations, as well as discuss key aspects of military operations, capability development, and interoperability.
