The mess decks on the ship, where breakfast is usually served, were closed for the petty officer second class advancement test. Ronald Reagan, the Carrier Strike Group Five (CSG 5) flagship, is on patrol in the Philippine Sea supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
