PEARL HARBOR (Sept. 12, 2016) U.S. Pacific Fleet Master Chief Suz Whitman engages with Sailors assigned to the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Texas (SSN 775) after presenting the Arleigh Burke Trophy for being the most improved ship in the Pacific Fleet for 2015. The trophy is awarded to a ship that best represents the fleet and is presented annually to the most-improved ships or aviation squadrons in both the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets.
