Recruits from Bravo Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, stand at parade rest during the Series Commander’s Inspection at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Sept. 12. During the inspection, recruits are tested on everything they have been taught up to this point in training. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Bravo Company is scheduled to graduate Oct. 14.
