PANAMA CITY, Panama (Sept. 19, 2016) – Santos Emilio Alfaro from the El Salvador Navy hands a bag of cement to Master At Arms 3rd Class Anthony Ford, a Sailor assigned to USNS Spearhead (T-EPF-1), during a community relations project at C.E.B.G. Lucas Barcenas, a school in Panama City, Panama. UNITAS, Latin for "unity," is an annual multinational exercise designed to enhance South American and U.S. naval and public security forces cooperation and improve joint maritime operations.
