Hamilton, N.J. resident, Keith McRae, mobilization food service officer for Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, left, awards a Certificate of Appreciation plaque to newly retired Clarence "Frenchy" Williams, from Mount Holly, N.J., May 27. Williams served as the Dix food service quality assurance evaluator since 2000. Before that, he served in the role of Dix laundry QAE from 1996-2000. This marks the second retirement for Williams as he served in the U.S. Army on active duty status from 1973-1995, retiring as a sergeant first class. He served tours-of-duty in locations worldwide including the U.S., South Korea, and Germany. "I've enjoyed my 14 years here. The people here are great to work with and I will really miss everyone," said Williams to the crowd of family, friends, and colleagues who attended the ceremony and luncheon.
