As is customary with Oregon units who deploy, the governor will display Det. 1, B-Company, 168th Aviation's guidon in his personal office at the State Capitol until the Soldiers' return. Seventy-three members of the unit will soon depart for training at Fort Hood, Texas, before continuing on to Afghanistan for a 10-month deployment.
