Maj. Gen. Robert Lee, Adjutant General of Hawaii National Guard, sits with Col. Toh Boon Yi, Chief of Staff of the 9th Singapore Division, for a briefing on operations of this years Tiger Balm, June 15th. Tiger Balm is an annual joint training exercise between U.S. and Singapore armed forces, designed to build relationships between the two countries as well as develop stratagies for future conflicts. This year Tiger Balm was hosted by the Hawaii National Guard at the Regional Training Institute in Honolulu, Hawaii.
