Maj. Gen. Robert Lee, Adjutant General of Hawaii National Guard, presents The Adjutant General coin to Col Brad Kohn, commander of the 82nd Support Detachment, Oregon Army National Guard, for his participation in this years Tiger Balm, June 15. Tiger Balm is an annual joint training exercise between U.S. and Singapore armed forces, designed to build relationships between the two countries as well as develop stratagies for future conflicts. This year Tiger Balm was hosted by the Hawaii National Guard at the Regional Training Institute in Honolulu, Hawaii.
