    Sgt. 1st Class Robert Gromley, a medical operations noncommissioned officer assigned to the 40th Infantry Division from the California National Guard speaks with Matt Rimkunas, Legislative Director for Senator Lindsey O. Graham and Richard Perry, Chief of Staff for Senator Lindsey O. Graham, during a tour of the medical facility at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center, Oct. 10. Perry and Rimkunas are touring the IPSC to learn methods in which America can further help Ukraine to generate better trained forces to better protect their sovereignty. JMTG-U’s mission is about building sustainable, enduring training capacity and capability within Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine provides U.S. Soldiers and Special Operations personnel to train Ukraine National Guard units in an ongoing effort to strengthen Ukraine’s defenses.
