Petty Officer 1st Class James Dickerson ensures the correct fitting of breathing apparatus for Gen. Stanley McChrystal, commander of NATO's International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces Afghanistan aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). The fitting is part of preparations for McChrystal's familiarization flight in an F/A-18 Hornet. The Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group is forward deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
