U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 5, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Crisis Response - Central Command, conduct an evacuation control center scenario in southern Jordan, Sept. 12, 2016. The MRX is a collective training event where the MAGTF elements collaborate to refine individual and cooperative capabilities while in a forward deployed training environment. SPMAGTF - CR – CC is a self-sustaining expeditionary unit, designed to provide a broad range of crisis response capabilities throughout the Central Command area of responsibility, using organic aviation, logistical, and ground combat assets, to include embassy reinforcement and tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel.
