Lieutenant commander Arthur L. Wiggins Jr. speaks to sailors and Marines about the importance of the naval influence on the Marine Corps and traditions about both branches of the military and how a like they are. Wiggins was a prior service Marine who decided to become a Chaplin in the U.S. Navy in order to better understand his fellow services members and provide them with the assistance they need. Marines and sailors are from 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division and 4th Marine Regiment.
