Petty Officer 2nd Class Allen Kendricks, attached to Joint Task Force (JTF) Matthew, speaks with William Gagan from the Humanitarian Aid and Rescue Project during aid delivery operations in the village of Jabouin. JTF Matthew was a U.S. Southern Command lead humanitarian assistance, disaster relief effort in Haiti following Hurricane Matthew. Matthew was a category 4 hurricane that formed in the Western Atlantic Ocean and affected Haiti, eastern Cuba, and the Bahamas before moving up the southeast coast of the United States.
