Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan stand safety watch as "no loads" are fired off of catapults one three and four. "No loads" are a vital part of testing the steam powered catapults aboard Ronald Reagan and assure they are working properly. Ronald Reagan is currently underway in the Pacific Ocean conducting Tailored Ships Training Availability.
