Right, U.S. Navy Capt. Robert Gusentine, incoming commander, Joint Special Operations Task Force – Philippines presents a plaque of appreciation to Air Force Col. Jeffery White, deputy commander, Special Operations Command Pacific for officiating the JSOTF-P change-of-command ceremony help at Camp Navarro, Western Mindanao Command Headquarters July 2. Gusentine assumed command of JSOTF-P from Col. William Coultrup during the ceremony. Gusentine joins JSOTF-P after completing a tour as the director for Operations at Special Operations Command Pacific in Hawaii and Coultrup’s next assignment in is Washington, D.C.
