Col. William Coultrup, right, commander, Joint Special Operations Task Force – Philippines presents a plaque of appreciation to the ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines, Harry K. Thomas, Jr., for being the guest speaker at the JSOTF-P change-of-command ceremony July 2. Coultrup relinquished command to U.S. Navy Capt. Robert Gusentine during the ceremony held at Camp Navarro, Western Mindanao Command Headquarters. Coultrup’s next assignment is in Washington D.C., and Gusentine joins JSOTF-P after completing a tour as the director for Operations at Special Operations Command Pacific in Hawaii.
