YAVORIV, Ukraine-- Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges, commander of U.S. Army Europe speaks to a Ukrainian Soldier assigned to 1st Battalion, 80th Airmobile Brigade , Nov. 5, at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center. Hodges was here to witness the opening of a new grenade range and observe Ukrainian Soldiers during their 55-day training rotation at the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine. The U.S.-led JMTG-U is training Ukrainian land forces and building a team of Ukrainian cadre who will ultimately assume that responsibility.
